The cottage was perfect for our trip! We used it as a base to explore Pollack Pines, Sly Park, a rafting trip, and exploring Placerville. The bed was comfortable and everything you need is in the kitchen! We loved this place and would stay again!

This little cozy cabin is a slice of the great Northern part of California. It really takes you back in time and just love the locals here. Melissa makes you feel right at home 🏡 and is just as awesome as the lake a mile away. Thanks Melissa for making my vacation and my best friends wedding glamping vacation the time of my life!

Overall the property was as described and had nice amenities. The property manager was timely in her responses and helped make my stay much easier while traveling with kayaks. I appreciated the complimentary snacks and coffee before going out on the lake every day, made mornings quick and easy to get out of the door. I would definitely recommend this property to someone who wants a weekend get away with tons of hiking and outdoor activities nearby.
