Centrally located in the heart of Melbourne, Florida. Nearby shopping centers, restaurants, coffee shop. Only 7 mins to Melbourne beach & historic Melbourne downtown. About 30 mins to Cocoa beach. 45 mins to cruise port Cape Canaveral. Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studio and other Orlando Theme Parks is about 1hr drive .

Beautiful home, equipped with everything you need. Great location host was gracious there to help if we needed anything , the pictures of the Home does not do it justice. Our family had a great time celebrating my granddaughter’s graduation that she lives there in Melbourne.. It was a perfect home for us. Has a wonderful pool equipped with everything that kids need. It has a game room. It’s just perfect. We would definitely stay there again our next visit!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful time staying here! Check-in was easy. House was clean. Pool area is very nice. Host communication was excellent. We visited this time as a couple but want to bring the kids next time!

The house was lovely and extremely clean. The pool and backyard were awesome. The owners answered you right away, which is important to me. We had a really wonderful vacation.

The house was perfect for our family and it was in a great location for doing different things. We used the outside a lot soaking up the sun and hanging out around the fire pit. The host had great communication and was very responsive to questions.
