About this apartment rental
If you're looking for a quiet yet charming place to stay in Lisbon, you've come to the right apartment.
It's located in a traditional neighborhood with coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Just a 5-minute walk from here, you'll find bars and restaurants for a fun night out on the town.
Here you’ll find plenty of space to rest comfortably and enjoy a good night’s sleep. The apartment features a bright, modern decor and is fully equipped with everything you need.
Either I or a local friend of mine will be at the apartment to check you in and welcome you to Lisbon. If you need any tips on what to do, see, or where to eat, I’ll be more than happy to help!
Santos is known for its designer shops, restaurants, and bars. But it’s also a neighborhood of grand mansions, just like the residential Lapa district up the hill. It was here that many aristocrats and noble families lived in the 18th century, and many of their homes have now been converted into hotels and embassies (the best examples are on Rua do Sacramento à Lapa and on Rua das Janelas Verdes).
Behind Largo de Santos (Santos Square) lie the narrow streets of the tiny, picturesque neighborhood of Madragoa, which, along with Alfama, was home to Lisbon’s fishwives and fishing community. Today it is a neighborhood known for its traditional taverns and “petiscos” (tapas) restaurants, as well as for its many tiled facades.
In this new normal, our mission is no longer just to provide you with the best experience, but also the safest one you can find in Lisbon. In compliance with the Clean & Safe Stamp from Turismo de Portugal and following the guidelines of the General Health Directorate, we are committed not only to the most thorough and careful cleaning and disinfection of the apartments but also to a range of services you can enjoy from the comfort of your apartment without taking risks you consider unnecessary. After witnessing so many families, daily routines, businesses, and local economies destroyed, our focus is on keeping everything and everyone functioning as they have until now—steering the ship through this great storm and helping to lift up our neighborhood, our city, and our country! Let’s continue to promote the reputation and quality of Portuguese tourism both here and abroad!
Our commitment:
Cleaning—Professional and in accordance with the guidelines of the General Directorate of Health, using not only all necessary protective equipment (masks and gloves) but also disinfectants in the recommended concentrations to ensure greater safety for everyone.
Check-In - Check-in is in person so that we can provide all the support guests need, but the process will be quick and efficient, with all necessary safety equipment in place. All information will be displayed inside the apartment and available remotely through our team, which is on call 24/7.
Amenities - In addition to our first-day amenities, you will also find surgical masks for your first day. We also have these and other products available at cost for added safety.
Services - Our 24/7 availability for guests did not seem sufficient at this time, so we wanted to do more and will do our best to ensure your comfort. If you prefer not to use the available online tools, our “Fill Your Fridge” service allows you to arrive to find whatever you want in the refrigerator, provided by our local partners, thereby avoiding unnecessary travel. For more information, contact us. We also offer transportation services from the airport and to any destination in Lisbon and Portugal to make your vacation smoother and more comfortable.
As a welcome gift, you’ll receive a bottle of one of our famous Portuguese wines.
- To make your arrival even more comfortable and safe, we’ve partnered with an external shuttle company. For more information, contact us directly!
Arrivals between 12:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. are subject to a 40.00 EUR late arrival fee.
Arrivals between 9:00 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. are subject to a 25.00 EUR late arrival fee.
