Came to be with my old MK nursing roommate we graduated 1965 that’s 60 years this year. She was just diagnosed with inoperative cancer and is in hospice. I watched over her during the night and came back and rested in the condo so well during the day. My husband, Dr Arnie Jostock was from rural Lake City so I know the town well. I look forward to returning

Absolutely epic place to watch fireworks from your patio! Perfect Lake views and well appointed condo would be a five star if the beds weren’t completely terrible. Came home with the worst backache. Also with it being on the first floor, it must not have been insulated well during building because you can hear everything from the unit above you, which was really frustrating with little kids trying to go to bed earlier than 11 PM. The road noise is also horrible, but to be expected with the location. If you’re looking for peaceful getaway, I wouldn’t say this is your place but the location is great for getting around and doing things around town perfect halfway point between downtown Lake City and Hok Si La Park. The garage was a great touch and love being able to just unload our stuff right there at the unit was really nice one day when it was down pouring and we could just park in the garage and walk right in with the kids. Definitely has everything you need for a getaway, just know what you’re getting into for sleeping situation! Would be interested in renting one of the third floor units in the future to eliminate the sound of people above.
