Inside, the living room centers around an indoor fireplace with a wraparound leather couch and two black chairs arranged for comfortable seating. A smart TV provides entertainment, while a pool table adds another option for an evening indoors. The kitchen pairs black-and-gold marble countertops with stainless steel appliances, counter seating for three, and a dining table for six for shared meals. Step onto the deck for an outdoor dining setup with a table ready for al fresco meals. After a day on the lake or slopes, the private hot tub offers a place to unwind while surrounded by the wooded Tahoe setting.

Clean, comfortable, beautifully designed home with plenty of room for everyone with a fully stocked kitchen. Being able to park in the garage was a plus with all the snow fall.

Four bed three bath a plus. Tub only in main upstairs bath not ideal. Hot tub fun but old-decent function off and on. Pool table a plus. Kitchen well-stocked. The place needs some updating. The couch is old and there should be more seating in family room. Back deck is terrible and wasn’t clean upon arrival. Only three old chairs for a four bedroom, sleeps eight plus house? Dryer took forever to dry stuff. Decor could use some improvement. If you’re going to charge that high even on a holiday weekend, gotta get up to date.
