About this house rental
The house, with its modern and high-quality furnishings, features a cozy living room, dining area, and open kitchen. The modern, compact shower room with beautiful accents and a toilet is located on the first floor.
The upper floor offers sleeping accommodations for 4 people. (One bedroom and one room that serves as a walk-through.) The bedroom has a large double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2 m. The second room has a large, comfortable sleeper sofa and serves as a walk-through room.
If needed, a safety gate can be installed on the stairs to keep your little ones safe.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven with a built-in microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, and various small appliances. There are plenty of plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans, and cutlery. The washing machine is located in the shed. 36" Smart TV and Blu-ray player. Reception of all German channels via satellite. 2 radios with CD players, Bluetooth, and internet radio.
There is no direct access to the lake. However, the garden is fenced in, and patio furniture, cushions, and a parasol are provided. A stand-up paddleboard is available for unrestricted use. Please note, however, that these items are not included in the rental agreement.

This cozy holiday home with gorgeous interior, attending to a lot of details was a great weekend stop over. The house is fully equipped with everything you need and more. Great location with easy access to cycle routes.
It didn’t demper our holiday, but we there were a lot of flies in the house even with keeping the doors closed.
