About this apartment rental
Beautiful 2 levels apartment inside Villas Marlin, the best beach area of Cancun hotel zone. We are in a gated Condominium with 24/7 security. Three pools, jacuzzis (non heated) and private access to the beach. Beach chairs and shades by the pool, tennis court, parking for one car.
Fully equipped kitchen, ac´s, Wifi.
Supermarket and malls across the street. Many fancy and casual restaurants within walking distance. Public bus stop close by.
Ideal for families.
Upper level: main entrance, kitchen, dinning and living room. Balcony with ocean view.
Lower level: three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms.
Room 1: king size bed and a full bathroom
Room 2: two full beds
Room 3: full bed and a single bed
Rooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom
Visitors are not allowed (following Condominium rules)

From the beginning of the booking process the communication with the property manager Jacqueline was fantastic. Best to download the WhatsApp app to communicate. Any questions we had throughout our stay were promptly addressed. We set up transportation through them which was reasonably priced, reliable and clean. The condo was clean and comfortable.The upstairs has kitchen and common room with a deck. The views are ok. there is a building in front of the deck but you can still see the ocean and part of the beach. The downstairs has the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were pretty comfortable/clean. The bathrooms were nice. It did get sewage smell at times but placing something over the shower drains did help. The showers had good water pressure and usually had enough hot water for all of us. They supplied plenty of towels for the shower and the beach. The only thing I would recommend is either a washer and dryer be available or that the property switch out the towels halfway through the stay. We did ask for a towel change which they said they could accommodate but we decided to stick it out.
Pools were nice. Very strict rules though and some crabby elderly folks who disliked kids having fun. Pools close at 7. Beach was gorgeous. You can rent chairs from beach vendors. Lots of locals and fun to see them having fun. The pool bar has nice staff, good service and the best Michelada I’ve had. The location is the best. Grocery and convenience store 5 min walk. La Isla close too
