Welcome to our family’s home away from home!
The Kyle Casita offers 4 large bedrooms, 3 dual-sink bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, spacious living area, open breakfast area, and a giant backyard! This house is perfect for entertaining. Want to celebrate that Aggie win? Enjoy watching it on any of our 5 large screen TV’s or relaxing under our shady cabana in the private backyard while cooking on the grill or chilling by the outdoor fire pit. This home is ideal for hosting your friends or just relaxing with a glass of wine.
The Kyle Casita is for everyone! We offer a king bed, queen bed, two twin beds, two sets of bunk beds, a convertible couch that sleeps two, and a pack-n-play for the little ones…
Parking is a snap here! We are located at the end of a cul-de-sac so tell all your friends to stop by! If you have an RV, there is a spot for that too with an electrical hook-up attached to the house.
The best that A&M offers is just steps away! Our house is located less than one mile (15 minute walk) to Kyle Field and just a 3 minute walk to the Aggie Spirit bus stop (which will drop you at the beautiful Texas A&M campus). All necessities, groceries, restaurants, spirit wear, shopping, etc., are located within a mile from this amazing home.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and had great space for our whole family. Close to everything we needed. The owners were super responsive when we needed anything. Highly recommend and we will be back!

The property was as exactly as described. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were easy to communicate with while we booked the vrbo and during our stay. I would be happy to stay here again.

The place was great and gracious to allow us to host a small get-together at the house which unfortunately we were not able to host due to illness. At any rate, the property is bedroom-heavy meaning most of the space of the house is bedroom/bathrooms. the common area is broken into 2 separate spaces which makes being together while prepping meals was a bit difficult. The property overall was good but there were areas in the home that required some attention which kept me from giving it 5-stars. This included doors sticking, some grout needing some attention, shower curtains that attacked you while showering (just didn't have magnets to stay out of your way), and the noise of the construction equipment which I get the owners cannot control. Would definitely stay there again, just know that the VRBO community is growing and as the prices rise for these, the competition grows.
