The property was amazing and the apartment just as per pictures. Very clean, organized, spacious and with everything you need.The communication with Ilaria was excellent from the very beginning, always attentive, helpful and caring.We had a great stay and we highly recommend the place.

We stayed two weeks here in Il Frantoio. The location is amazing. The surroundings are very tranquil. The house was well maintained and well equipped. The pool and surrounding area were clean and well maintained. Wonderful flowers in the garden and beautiful scenary. We would definitely go back here.

Lovely property with helpful friendly owners, comfortable and well equipped. Off the beaten track and a fair bit of travel to visit places.if your okay with driving upgrade to a 5 star but for us it's a 4 , but only due to location , wish I could give it 4.5

My host Ilaria was very lovely - she kindly came and rescued us from the local tourist information office. The apartment is located about 1 km from Belforte and 5 km from Radicondoli and 30 from San Gimignano making a car an absolute necessity. We had access to the pool which was clean and well maintained. There is a lovely courtyard in front which provided a well needed spot to relax in the evening. Ilaria provided instructions for operational things like the wifi, gas burner, restaurants, supermarket etc. which was very useful. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean. It is quiet and out of the way - I recommend this listing. Thank you Ilaria
