Cozy retreat near downtown, amphitheater, short walk to Deschutes river, has AC!

Scott was a great host! Great communication and directions. Home was very clean and came with all the amenities you could need! Very convenient to downtown Bend and short drive to Sunriver and Mt. Bachelor. We left a fun family card game to add to the collection of games. We will definitely stay again!

The unit was very clean. We liked the fact that it had a full kitchen and all the amenities including ground coffee, tea, spices for cooking, napkins, kitchenware, paper plates, coffee filters, card games, pool towels, etc. The host was on time with texts about how to get to the unit and also how to get into the unit. He was also reachable and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. We didn't use the fireplace but we did use the A/C unit. Also, it was nice to have access to the pool! After a long day in the sun, it was nice to have a refreshing dip in the pool! The unit also had a balcony for sipping wine under the stars or a cup of coffe with the sunrise! We'll be back and will recommend this unit to friends and family! Thank you, Scott!

The rental is updated and the decor is quite nice. I found the bed comfortable. I did have a problem with the cleanliness of the property with dirty towels left in the tub and an odor to the rental. The host was quick to respond to messages pertaining to the issue. The cleaning person came quickly to try to help the situation but fell a bit short as the soiled towels remained. You can hear the people above you walking around and there is road noise from the highway if you are sitting on the deck however you don’t hear the road noise inside. This might be an issue for some. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook a couple of meals and the gas grill worked well for me. I really liked that coffee and tea, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner were available. Those were nice touches. The pool area was great. Overall the rental was really cute but the noise issues were problematic for me personally. It might not bother others.
