Haus SonnenscheinSmall thatched roof house in a location close to the beach The city center can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Size about. 80 m². For 5 people Equipment: On the ground floor is the living room with the comfortable seating and in a bay window a reading area with an armchair. The bedroom has a double bed and its own sink. The shower room is provided with a window. Via the kitchen with dishwasher and you get into the attached conservatory. Here is the dining area. A washing machine can be found in the basement of the house. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two separate single beds and another small bedroom with a single bed. There is also a bathroom on this floor, only with a toilet and sink. WiFi is available to guests. A garden shed is available for your bikes, a car parking space is on the property. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
