This stunning four bedroom family home is right in the middle of Lake Oswego in a very quiet neighborhood. 2 blocks to high School and Junior high and right off Country Club Road. All bedroom furniture is brand new featuring 4 king beds. You will love the gathering spaces in the home, watching TV in the warmth of the gas fireplace. Outdoor covered patio with fire pit. Upscale restoration Hardware decorations, 3 new TV's, amazing kitchen. *ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES/NO SMOKING/NO PETS/NO SHOES*

There are 3 bedrooms on the main level of the home. The master has a Spa like shower and bathroom.

There is one bedroom suite on the first level all by itself and does not require any stairs. It has a wet bar, wine cooler and full en suite.

We stayed at Rod’s house while in town celebrating my daughter’s graduation from college. This house was perfect for our family and even had a separate living space for my older parents. We had a small issue with the shower, but Rod helped us solve the problem immediately! We’ll be back!

Our family gathered at this beautiful property and enjoyed the clean, spacious rooms (in addition to the outdoor patio with a fire). Everything about this home reflected thoughtful design, making it the most wonderful place to relax. Location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. Communication with owners was easy.
