The property boasts 200 feet of waterfront on Lake Winnipesaukee located on Long Island in Moultonborough, NH.
The spacious property consists of a Carriage house (sleeps 8) and an adjacent Cottage (sleeps 4) and will accommodate up to 12 people between the two dwellings. The two buildings can be rented separately or together.
The Carriage House has filtered water views from every room and a large patio with a barbeque grill & Adirondack chairs. Guests can also enjoy a full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a three-season porch, a laundry room, and a loft that offers additional sleeping and TV space. Central heating and cooling will keep everyone comfortable year-round.
The Cottage boasts a full waterfront view, a deck with a barbeque grill & Adirondack chairs, and includes a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, mini convection oven, and a two-burner hot plate. The Cottage is also equipped with central heating and cooling and features a dining room, living room, bedroom, full bathroom, and a sunroom with a queen sofa bed.
Enjoy all the amenities this beautifully landscaped property has to offer, including a sandy perched beach in a protected cove with sandy and gently sloped water access, a private dock and raft, internet service, and a spacious yard with a fully furnished lakeside patio. A charming lakefront deck with a table and chairs perfect for lakeside dining. There are also two paddleboards, two kayaks, a raft, and a floating mat for children. Guests can also enjoy nearby activities during their stay including swimming, boating, leaf peeping, skiing, and ice fishing.
The homeowners occupy the main house and come and go throughout the season. All of the waterfront is for guest use while enjoying their stay, this includes the patio, lakefront deck, dock, and perched beach.

All was great
Just heads up, there were two broken knobs in the kitchen from the cabinets.
Also, a supper burnt/dirty pan left in the oven
Wasn’t sure if should toss, so I left it in the sink soaking today.

The carriage house sits just behind the main house, up a bit of a hill. The cottage is closer to the water level and is maybe 30 yds from the shore- the latter works better for somewhat mobility impaired. We could not have had a better time or stayed in a better location. It is not far to a selection of restaurants (Meredith is about 20 min and offers lakeside dining). There are also nearby stores, and the kitchen certainly allowed us to prepare straightforward meals(eg, grilling). Would advise shopping before arrival to ensure you have what you need, including paper products.
