Spacious, great location but extremely noisy at night - loud music and overall disturbing - the check in process was awful primarily due to lack of having a responsive host - even the plants are not being attended to. Everything you need is nearby and very safe - having no elevator and being on the 4th floor is a problem with luggage - this was an engineering error and not the owner . Other positives include privacy, safety as mentioned, abundant space - would recommend that at minimum the host should have a couple of water bottles- perhaps couple of beers and perhaps some welcoming gesture such as a note . Such a small gesture makes a big difference- also contacting the guest at least once and asking “is everything ok, do you need anything “ goes a long way as far as improving the experience and marketing .Please take these suggestions as positive messaging

The apartment is cute and comfortable and i loved having so many different food choices and the small corner store literally just outside the building. I loved the simplicity of the check in and check out process and really liked the security gate at the entrance before you head up. The kitchen was very well stocked and the balcony was nice to enjoy the nightlife while not directyly being involved in it. Carolina was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns i had and would recommend her to anyone.

The overall area I enjoyed my stay. The location with easy access to restaurants/bars was great. Be aware there is music all day and night until about 3am but you don’t really hear it if you are in the bedroom with the doors closed. The 3rd bedroom is to tiny but if you have a child it’s fine. Be aware of walking up and down 4 flights of stairs to get in the unit. Overall I enjoyed the unit and my stay.

This place is super cute in the middle of Pablido Park! Walking distance from various shops and restaurants! Super safe neighborhood!
