About this house rental
The area between the fire pit & the lake is open to the public so you may encounter others using the space as well, especially neighborhood children who are often accompanied by their unleashed dogs. The internet is horribly slow. Well behaved dogs are welcome, however, the yard is not fenced. This is a rural area enjoyed by fishermen and hunters, you may hear gunfire. If you bring a boat, there is a boat ramp nearby. We do not have a dock. Great Fishing! SEASONAL water - levels drop starting after Labor Day.
Rural setting, no HOA to govern neighbors' presentation of their properties. Neighborhood dogs may wander into yard, please keep an eye on your belongings.
