About this chalet rental
Stay in this tastefully renovated traditional chalet in the La Clusaz ski area.
It is rated 4 stars.
It is located in a very quiet area, overlooking the river, with a panoramic view of the mountains and right next to the ski slopes.
The Chalet de l’Ours is 140 m² and can comfortably accommodate 7 people in 4 bedrooms.
It features a large, sunny terrace and a spacious, exclusive relaxation area with a sauna, jacuzzi, and breathtaking views of the mountains.
During your stay in this chalet, you’ll be just a few minutes from the resort center.
It’s located in the Aravis Valley, at the foot of the Envers green run, 300 meters from the Étale Telemix, and 2 km from the village center (shuttle bus stop 10 meters away).
The chalet has three levels.
The main level consists of:
- A beautiful entryway with storage,
- A very comfortable living room with a fireplace, TV, and direct access to the 80 m² teak-decked terrace.
- A dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, double oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, toaster, kettle, coffee makers, etc.).
- A bathroom with a shower and separate toilet.
All rooms offer a beautiful view of the mountains.
The upper level consists of:
- A beautiful master bedroom with a 160x200 bed, built-in storage, a plasma TV, and a private balcony overlooking the mountains.
The lower level consists of:
Three bedrooms with storage, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a laundry room.
- The Chamois bedroom with a 140x200 double bed
- The Marmottes bedroom with 3 90x200 single beds, or 1 180x200 double bed
- The Elan bedroom with a 90x200 single bed
- The laundry room with a washer-dryer.
A heated, fully equipped ski room with storage and a boot dryer.
In front of the chalet, you’ll have 3 private parking spaces.
Upon arrival:
The beds will be made (hotel-quality bedding). Towels are also provided.
The chalet features free internet/Wi-Fi, satellite TV and digital terrestrial TV (TNT), a wireless Bose speaker, and free firewood for the fireplace.
A fondue set, a raclette set, and board games are available.
The spa is available for a 2.5-hour session per day, which must be scheduled in advance.
End-of-stay cleaning is included (excluding trash and dishes). Mid-stay cleaning is available as an option.
The chalet can be rented for short stays, outside of school breaks, for a minimum of 4 nights.
The rate is a flat fee of 600€/day, including spa access and cleaning.
Meal delivery to the chalet, including bread and pastries, is available upon request and for an additional fee.

IMPORTANT: A bank authorization for €2,500 will be required 15 days before your arrival at the chalet. This security deposit is mandatory.
Tall guests (over 1.90 m): Please note that the chalet is an older building and therefore does not have 3-meter-high ceilings.
