As soon as you enter this lovingly decorated unit, you’ll feel right at home. The spacious living area features plenty of seating around an enormous flatscreen TV, the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and showcase incredible views of the Gulf.
In the same open space, you’ll find the dining area. The dining table seats eight for casual breakfasts, seafood dinners, and competitive game nights. Steps from the dining table is the heart of the home. The beautifully-designed kitchen overlooks the living area, so the chef in your family will always be a part of the action. It has tons of cabinetry for storing groceries, stainless steel appliances, and a huge breakfast bar that seats five. There is also a separate wet bar with an ice maker, the perfect spot to put out post-beach drinks and snacks.
This four-bedroom, four and half bathroom home was thoughtfully designed to maximize space, comfortably sleeping up to ten guests. There is a King bed in the primary suite along with the other two guest bedrooms, while the fourth guest bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and an in-unit washer and dryer.
Outside, you’ll love the private balcony overlooking the Gulf and the beach below. Dine al fresco at the outdoor table, then enjoy sunset drinks at the bar as you plan another fun day in Orange Beach.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

This property is great!! Loved the unit. Lots of space and beautiful decor. It was perfect!!!

The view from the balcony of this condo were amazing! Condo was super clean and updated. Check in was super easy but check in staff wasn’t very welcoming at all and a bit rude. The elevators on check in day are a total nightmare. There are 6 elevators by the check in counter and it took us over an hour to get on the elevator. Never mind trying to leave again to eat or to the beach on check in day. My advice is to expect to wait and have EVERYTHING in one trip up to your unit including food for the night at least. Additionally, the photos that were posted of our unit were a bit exaggerated. It appears that the balcony is off the master bedroom and it is not. It also appears that the balcony is MUCH bigger in the photos than what it actually is. I was pretty disappointed with the master bedroom not having a full ocean view like it appeared. Other than those few things it was a nice condo which was very accommodating.
