Fantastic stay at the Tides. Million dollar view. Great pool and beach. The unit itself is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Pool toys a big bonus for the kids. Lots of towels. Great kitchen with lots of cookware (though missing a few basics like measuring spoons and wood cutting board.) as many others mentioned, check-in is a pain. Everything is at the other building with limited office hours and everyone needs to go for a wrist band. You also must go there for beach service and to get your parking deposit back. Not owners problem though. One of the toilets was running in unit and second bedroom could use a blackout curtain but that’s all I can really complain about, other than a smoke detector in a neighboring unit beeping for 6 straight days. Owner tried to help but couldn’t. Despite that, would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The space was very clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully set up, which made traveling with two young kids so much easier. The view is beautiful, and the proximity to the beach is unbeatable. We really loved how accessible everything was.There was an initial concern we first arrived, but the host was very responsive, understanding, and quick to help us find a solution, which we really appreciated.Overall, we had a great experience and would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Pros: private beach. Owner was responsive. Cons: ac in master didn’t work right and wasn’t disclosed until we arrived. Took away from the view because we had to keep the windows closed. Too many rules and restrictions on the property. Waited 45 minutes a few times to ride the elevator. Washer and dryer shared by entire floor. Hard to catch an opening.
