Cozy, newly renovated single-story house with a patio. Quiet residential area with detached single-family homes.
Excellent location, just 400 meters from the historic center of Ciutadella and 100 meters from the beach and a playground.
It’s surrounded by all kinds of amenities (pharmacy, supermarket, bars, restaurants, public transportation...). Ideal accommodation for business trips, families with children, couples, and cyclists (with a private area for bicycles). It has air conditioning. There is a TV in the living room and in the master bedroom.

Sol y Mar hosted is a great crash pad if you are looking to stay in town. It provides easy access to all sorts of restaurants, shops, and tour providers. Beaches are a short walk away. Wifi at the appartment let us keep in touch with home.
The host was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. He was most accomodating with check in and check out. This isnt a luxury spot. There are expensive hotels nearby if that is what you seek. It was however a great crash pad for families with young teens. Our kids had a blast. It was a bit loud at night, but so were we, so we didnt feel the need to constantly hush the kids.
Great spot, highly revommended.
