About this house rental
Luxurious lakefront home with westerly views (perfect for watching sunsets) and expansive sand beach on Spider Lake - possibly the most perfect location on the Manitowish Waters Chain of 10 Lakes! Private peninsula level lot that leads to a sand beach. Only steps to the water when walking out of the 48 ft. wide lakeside screened/3-seasons porch. Ideal for multi-generational families. Home was built in July 2021.

BEDROOMS (4 total, all with TVs):
1. First floor master suite with king bed, bath, walk-in closet and lake view;
2. Second floor master suite with king bed, bath, walk-in closet and lake view;
3. Second floor bedroom with king bed and lake view; and
4. Second floor bunkroom with 2 queen beds and 2 lofted single beds.
GREAT ROOM/KITCHEN/MUD ROOM/3-SEASONS PORCH:
Open concept vaulted great room with fieldstone fireplace and gourmet kitchen with 8 ft. center island. Both rooms have large patio doors that lead to the screened/3-seasons porch.
OUTDOOR SPACE/WATERFRONT/BEACH/DOCK:
Level yard is ideal for playing lawn games and the beach for making sand castles.
Private dock system can be used for boats, suntanning - and of course - jumping into the water! You will have access to a gas grill, outdoor firepit, kayaks and paddleboard.

Sun Valley is located just 1 mile off of Hwy. 51 and within 5 miles from downtown MW.
WINTER ACTIVITIES:
Snowmobile right from Sun Valley. Located just off the Hwy 51 trail system or ride out on the frozen lake. Short distance to WinMan Trails and Discovery Center both which offer cross country ski and snowshoe trails and only 45 minutes from Upper Michigan skill hills.

Beautiful, spacious, bright, immaculate, newer home on private sandy lakefront with sunset views! Close to restaurants and bike and hiking trails. Well-equipped kitchen, gracious screen porch, open floor plan. Comfortable beds and nice baths. Guests may use large garage. Perfect family retreat!

Sun Valley is just amazing. Everything about this home and property is quality. From the gorgeous kitchen to the comfortable beds, to the beautiful light fixtures. It is more beautiful then the pictures! Every inch was very clean including all of the bathrooms. The yard and lake are just picturesque. But the best part of Sun Valley is the owners Laird and Joan. Thank you for everything and being so understanding. It meant the world to us.

Unbelievable location in the north woods! Beautiful beach, loons, Pileated Woodpeckers and albino deer, WOW!
The house was perfect for our group of 5 women and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, great porch overlooking the lake. Bathrooms have double sinks and sliding doors separate the shower and toilet from the sinks, which worked great for us. Great hiking and biking practically at your door. We saw the albino deer while walking the surrounding access roads. A true gem!

This property is perfect for families. The beach is awesome, the home is larger than we had even hoped for, the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. I really can't say enough great things about this home!
