The 4-acre property boats plenty or mature oaks and pines with an old railroad bridge pillar making for amazing photographs.
Property frequently visited by deer, owls, & turkey. Private drive offering plenty of privacy and just 25 min from Live Oak shopping district. We have 3 kayaks and a canoe at your disposition. There are 2 exterior cameras in the front of the house. Within 10 min from Pilgrims.

We had an amazing time on the river! We saw deer and rabbit on the property and the house is beautiful!

The property was great and exactly as described. The location is great with easy access to the springs in the area.we enjoyed having the kayaks available to enjoy the river and the view from the balcony is great. There were a few gnats about outside but none of them were of the biting kind. Would definitely stay again.

We had a much needed relaxing stay! The river was very peaceful to watch while sitting on the deck.
