The villa is furnished in a modern and comfortable way and is features two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with TV and an open plan kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. There is a bathroom with bathtub and shower; in the hallway, you will find a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, each with one or two single box-spring beds, which could or could not be in a 2-person setup. On the landing, you will find a second separate toilet. The villa is surrounded by a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for one car behind the villa.
