INTERIOR
Inside, the home feels bright, polished, and easy to settle into, with an open floor plan that connects the living, dining, and kitchen spaces into one cohesive flow. The living area is styled with plush furnishings, elegant décor, a wall-mounted TV, and a fireplace that adds warmth and character without interrupting the clean, modern lines of the space. The dining area sits just beyond, with a table for four placed in front of sliding glass doors so meals unfold with views of the pool deck and a natural indoor–outdoor rhythm.
The kitchen is designed for both convenience and gathering, finished with stainless steel appliances and anchored by a breakfast bar with seating for four. Two sets of sliders open the main level to the yard, creating an effortless transition from cooking and conversation to poolside lounging. The entry courtyard adds an extra layer of privacy as you arrive, and the attached two-car garage makes coming and going feel simple, especially for longer stays.

Its bathroom features a walk-in shower, keeping the look clean and contemporary. In addition to the two bedrooms, the home includes a separate upstairs TV lounge that functions as a dedicated media space, offering another place to stretch out and unwind away from the main living area.
EXTERIOR
The backyard is designed as a private oasis, with a compact pool and spa that invite sun-soaked afternoons and quieter evening dips under the desert sky. Chaise lounges line the pool deck for easy lounging, and the enclosed setting keeps the space feeling tucked away and comfortable. Upstairs, two separate balconies add another outdoor option, offering elevated moments to take in the mountains and enjoy the fresh air without leaving the home.
POOL/SPA
The sparkling pool and soothing spa take center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool and spa heat is available for $45 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking.

We had a fantastic stay at this Palm Springs condo and couldn’t have asked for more. We shared the space with another couple and everyone was completely comfortable—there was plenty of room for all of us. The condo was immaculate when we arrived, and the generous welcome gift basket was a really thoughtful touch.
The location is excellent, making it easy to enjoy everything Palm Springs has to offer. We did some cooking during our stay and were impressed that the kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and tool you could possibly need.
The home strikes a perfect balance between comfort and quiet luxury—beautifully maintained, well-appointed, and clearly designed with guests in mind. The hot tub was a highlight—quick to heat up and perfect for relaxing. There were lots of fresh towels, reliable Wi-Fi, full cable, and all the little details that make a stay easy and enjoyable.
We truly loved our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

This condo was perfect for two couples, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient to all Palm Springs has to offer, yet is in a very peaceful neighborhood. The interior is exactly as shown in the listing: stylish, spacious, comfortable and spotless. The kitchen is especially well stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, paper goods, condiments, etc. In addition to the necessities, there were so many thoughtful extras provided such as microwave popcorn, bottled water in the fridge, hand lotion and liquid hand soap in the bathrooms, flashlights in the kitchen and both bedrooms just to mention a few. The beds were comfortable and both bedrooms had televisions, ample closet space with plenty of hangers, and room darkening window treatments. The garage easily accommodated both of our cars, and we appreciated the two garage door openers that were provided. Finally, the welcome gifts that were waiting for us on the kitchen island were a nice touch. (We didn't use the pool or spa, so can't comment on those.)

We spent a wonderful weekend in a beautiful home . The host was very informative & helpful, anytime I text he responded in a timely manner. Made the whole visit comfortable for us our first time visiting Palm Springs . The home was very clean , every light was labeled as this is a big house with lots of lights. We loved it all & we’ll be back , our 9th year anniversary was perfect thanks to you guys 🙏🏾

This condo was clean, bright, spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. Location and views were wonderful. Bryan, the host, was responsive and helpful. We did have some problems with the pool/spa heat, but it was eventually fixed, and we received a refund for the days when the heater did not work. We liked the fact that the condo had two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a separate TV room. The TVs all had access to popular streaming channels. All in all, a great place to stay in Palm Springs.
