Set on the desired North End of Anna Maria Island, this fully remodeled coastal retreat is just steps from the pristine shoreline of Bean Point Beach—one of the island’s most exclusive and serene beaches.
The duplex property features fully remodeled units thoughtfully arranged around a freestyle heated pool, creating a private, resort-style atmosphere. Guests may reserve a single unit or the entire property , total of 5 units available for rent in multiple duplexes making it ideal for extended families or refined group gatherings seeking both togetherness and privacy.
Located in a low-traffic area, the neighborhood is ideal for biking around the island in a relaxed and safe setting. Guests can also enjoy easy transportation on the free Anna Maria Island trolley, which runs approximately every 20 minutes and offers multiple convenient stops throughout the island.
Bicycle and golf cart rentals are readily available nearby, making it simple to explore at your own pace. Pools : Our pools are serviced weekly. Due to the tropical nature of the island , it is not unusual to find unexpected debris in the pool. Pool heaters will not operate if the outside temperatures get below 60F . There will be days when weather conditions will to allow pool heaters to accommodate swimming. No credit, discount, and /or rate adjustments can be granted for circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy :
100% refund if cancelled 14 days before check-in; 50% refund if cancelled 7-14 days before check-in ( minus admin fee) , 0% if cancelled less than 7 days .
Noise Ordinance :
Anna Maria Island, Florida has a noise ordinance to maintain the tranquility of the island. The ordinance prohibits loud noises during quiet hours, which are from 10 PM to 8 AM every day.
What is prohibited?
Loud music, including amplified instruments, Loud vehicle noises, Loud shouting, yelling, or screaming, Loudspeakers or other sound equipment for commercial advertising, Loud noises from animals.
Turtles:
Turtle season rules (May–October):
-No lights or flashes – avoid flashlights, phone flash, flash photography at night.
-Respect marked areas – don’t write on, step into, or tamper with flagged nests.
-Leave beaches clean & flat – remove all items, fill holes, flatten sandcastles.

We had a wonderful stay on AMI and this condo was in the perfect location!! Everything was as pictured and was very beautifully done! Our host was so very helpful. We would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful three night stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The pool area is very inviting. We truly enjoyed taking time to unwind on the front porch with a glass of wine and around the pool area during the late afternoons. The beach is right around the corner an easy walk or short trip in a rented golf cart. The sunsets were beautiful. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded very quickly to any messages. We will definitely return to this property on our next visit to Ana Maria Island.

Next time, we will only stay at a resort that has direct beach access. This place does not have direct beach access, which makes it very difficult to reach the beach. You either drive, walk, or rent a golf cart, averaging a 100 a day to get around, and parking is limited. The host was prompt with questions. Upon arrival, we found three windows unlocked and stayed on the first floor. We were told it was a safe area and that they would speak to the housekeeping staff and remind them to lock the windows. There were only two sets of towels for a four-night stay; however, I had to wash them before we used them the first night because they smelled musty. I did not complain about it because I could handle it myself. I also found a store and bought a few more sets for us to use. We ate all meals out and did not use the kitchen. However, it looked well-equipped. The house overall was clean, but it had a strong smell that had worn off by midday on the second day. It was our first time there; typically, we stay at Opal Sands, and we prefer that to this setting, which has its limits. So, it's what you prefer.
