About this apartment rental
Located in the town of Carbet in Martinique, on the 3rd floor of a small residence, there is a fully air-conditioned apartment type F3 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with convertible sofa, an equipped kitchen as well as a fridge and oven MO, washing machine, TV, WiFi, etc.
The residence is located on the beach, so for the sea bathing just go down and you are on the beach. The sound of the waves will rock you while you have an aperitif on the terrace. You can eat in the many restaurants and bars located on this famous Carbet beach. Also, a bakery / pastry shop is located at the foot of the building. A little further on is a mini-market.
Ideally placed for all styles of vacation, you can rest there, sunbathe, do nautical activities, taste Creole cuisine, discover the mountain and its flora, etc.

Apartment acquired and fitted out very recently.
Price per night: 100 €
Minimum of 4 nights
Security deposit 500 € to be returned on site upon arrival

L'appartement de Xavier est très bien situé, à deux pas de la plage du Carbet. Quel bonheur de prendre son petit-déjeuner sur la belle terrasse qui donne sur la mer, avant d'aller se baigner avant l'arrivée de la foule ! Cette location est très bien fournie en ustensiles de cuisine, linges de toilette et parures de lit. Réponses rapides de Xavier à chacune de nos questions, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. merci pour cet excellent séjour.

Très bel appartement au troisième étage sans ascenseur mais avec une vue splendide sur la mer et toute la vie locale à ses pieds.
L'emplacement est absolument incroyable, la résidence fermée et sécurisée très agréable.
Le propriétaire est très sympathique est réactif mais l'appartement manque quand même d'entretien.

Nous avons passé 5j dans ce logement pour visiter le nord de la Martinique. Le logement est très bien placé , pratique et avec une superbe terrasse qui donne sur la mer et donc de superbes couchés de soleil. La boulangerie au pied de l'immeuble est très pratique. Cependant l'appartement manquait un peu d'entretien.
