Sun Valley was about 10 min walk. Great location close to restaurants and center of Ketchum.3 story condo well equipped and parking.Owner was very responsive and highly recommend this condo.

Upon arrival and during our stay we had to fight branches at the front door.Entry 2 ft entrance interior was a 1 inch rise in that we tripped on several times. Trip hazard.Dishwasher was not operational and door screwed shut.All carpeting was extremely dirty stairs, and both bedrooms.This unit is not a 1.5 bath dwelling. Only 1 full bath and a sink in the primary bedroom, No additional toilet.Shower turn on/off does not completely turn off and drips constantly. Also not enough toilet paper was on the premises for the time we were there. 1 spare roll and a partial on the roller.Primary bedroom ceiling fan not operational and only 1 mobile fan in each bedroom that worked.No AC unit and the townhome had a musty smell the entire 3 nights and 2 days there.Very disappointed especially for the price I paid.
