The vacation apartment on the first floor is 49 square meters in size, suitable for 2 people, and was renovated in early 2023 (new bathroom, new windows, new flooring, and spotlights throughout the apartment).
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The living-dining area features a seating area, a TV, and a built-in kitchen with a dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with various kitchen utensils, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
Internet/Wi-Fi is available throughout the house (fiber optic)
A parking space is located directly in front of the house.
The garden is available for use by all 4 apartments.
The visitor’s tax is calculated based on the length of stay. From March 15 through October 31 of each year, the daily rate is:
a.) for persons 16 years of age and older €2.60
b.) for persons aged 6 and older up to 16 years of age €0.50
During the remaining period, per day
a.) for persons aged 16 and older €1.30
b.) for persons aged 6 and older up to 16 years of age €0.25
Persons with a disability rating of 80% or higher receive a 50% discount.
Persons with a disability rating of 100% are exempt from the visitor’s tax.
