This is a beautiful new upstairs 3 bedroom flat with oak hardwoods floors, granite counters, and new appliances. There is a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer. We offer a cozy living room to relax after your busy day with a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and air conditioning for those warm days. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, microwave and dishwasher. If you are here on business there is wireless internet and a desk. This wonderful new top level condo style apartment has a quaint open floor plan with sliding doors that lead out onto your own balcony for outside dining overlooking the North Hills of Ashland. The master bedroom has a King bed, attached bathroom and smart TV. Second room has a queen bed with smart tv. The third room has a twin trundle bed and smart tv. This home is located in a prime location just a 5 minute walk to the popular Shakespeare Festival. With tons of boutiques, both local and well-known stores, antiques, parks, galleries, fabulous restaurants whether for happy hour or fine dining, bakeries, local micro brews and pubs, coffee shops... just about everything for an enjoyable visit to Ashland . The house is just blocks away from a convenient health conscious Co-op grocery store for everyday necessities and stocked with local fresh produce. Close to public transit makes this a great place to stay whether for work or fun!

With 5 women coming together for the festival this was perfect. Fully equipped kitchen, very clean, plenty of parking for our 2 cars. 5 of us slept comfortably. The host was super responsive and even checked in on us to ensure we had everything. The laundry room was an added benefit. Close to many restaurants and Safeway. Farmers market close by on Tuesday. 15 minute walk to the theatres or a 2 minute drive. Thank you for a great visit!

This unit was impeccably clean with everything we needed. There were 2 flights of stairs to get in with excellent handrails on both sides. The beds were comfortable and the unit was quiet. I had to ask for the entry code. But when I did ask, I received it in less than 10 minutes which is a truly impressive response time. That's the only quibble I have about the place, and it's extremely minor. It was an easy walk from the Shakespeare Festival and downtown and convenient to SOU. Highly, highly recommended.

Parking limited to one vehicle space on the property for a 3 bedroom place. Coffee maker and coffee provided but NO coffee filters whatsoever - why? Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Lots of windows, nice views. Road noise pretty loud with windows open.Would have been nice to know in advance when door code would be made available.Easy check out procedures.thanks!

This was a great stay for us - 2 couples attending OSF plays over a weekend and just generally enjoying the city of Ashland. The property was very well appointed, clean and quiet when it was time to sleep. Plenty of room and privacy. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and gracious. The deck faces east so it’s a nice place to watch the sun rise but it is in shade in the afternoon when it’s warmer!
