Relax and kick back on the covered patio featuring a ceiling fan, patio misters, comfortable sectional seating and gas fire table while watching the golfers enjoying their round. Take a dip in the private, heated pool that sports a tranquil water feature and LED lighting, or unwind in the attached spa after a day of hiking or mountain biking on the nearby trails. Wireless internet access is available, as well as streaming tv. Whether you are looking for a quiet space to relax and unwind, catch Spring Training baseball, or play a round of golf, this home is perfectly located to enjoy all those activities and more! Located about 35 minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport and easy access to Scottsdale from the nearby I-10. Spring Training for the Cleveland Guardians/Cincinnati Reds is a quick 15 minute drive down the hill, and the PHX Raceway is even closer.
The surrounding neighborhood is filled with walking and biking trails, parks, playgrounds, basketball and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, fishing, and picnic shelters with bbq grills.

We enjoyed this beautiful home! It was very clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Kathleen was so helpful and communication was easy. Close to spring training, this home is perfectly located for a getaway in Goodyear. I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in Estrella. The house is even better than the pictures. A great layout for the 8 of us that traveled, lots of space and privacy. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and we enjoyed watching the wildlife and golfers from the backyard. Communication with our host was easy, with quick response times to any questions. We will definitely stay here again!

The house is very nice and spacious. Plenty of room for a large family to spread out to have alone time, but nice areas to have the together time also. Owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. The address is identical to another house only a block away so be sure to type in the exact address on the lease.
