About this house rental
Kyle Cottage is a two-bedroom, two-bath single story cottage overlooking the tennis courts in the gated golf course community of Wachesaw Plantation Club. It is within walking distance to club amenities. This property features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances including a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Two TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king and two twin-sized beds, as well as a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Outdoor amenities include a screened-in porch. Wachesaw Plantation amenities include the award-winning, Tom Fazio designed golf course, Kimbels Restaurant overlooking the 18th green and majestic Waccamaw River, tennis on the lighted Har - Tru clay courts, pool complex, and Magnolia's Pool Bar. This property is a duplex. Only two parking spaces are allotted per cottage. Additional cars will be removed at the tenant’s expense. Trash pick-up at the cottage is every Thursday. This property is a duplex. Dog-friendly. Limit two dogs - 70-pound maximum weight limit if bringing one dog, 40-pound maximum weight limit per dog if bringing two. The Kyle cottage was perfect! My daughter and her bridesmaids stayed recently. The location was perfect as the wedding venue was within the community. The cottage is very nicely decorated and roomy.

Overall good--would be nice to have some kitchen garbage bags available (there was only one) also, for the price of the cottage, it seems coffee would be provided.
