Parking passes will be located inside your condo upon arrival. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass while on property.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed with a maximum weight limit of 25 lbs per pet. Additional restrictions or fees may apply.

Initial Supplies
UMB Vacations provides a starter set of essential items to help you settle in comfortably before your trip to the grocery store. These initial supplies include dishwasher detergent, a small packet of laundry detergent, and basic bathroom amenities (similar to hotel-size and not restocked), such as shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap. Each bathroom is stocked with one roll of toilet paper, and the kitchen includes one roll of paper towels. All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. We recommend that guests bring their own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
Enso Boarding Pass
After booking, you will receive a link to your Enso Boarding Pass. This digital guest portal will include everything you need for your stay, including check-in and check-out details, property information, guidebooks, and local recommendations. You'll also have access to bookable activities and any available add-ons, including pet fees or optional upsells, which you can review and agree to directly through the platform before your arrival.
Pet Policy
Pet Fee: $152.25 per pet (separate from any HOA or resort pet fees)
Pet Limit: 2 pets
Pet fees are collected through our Enso Connect Boarding Pass prior to arrival and must be completed before check-in instructions are released.

Property is located in perfect spot where you can have everything close by. Property is right on the beach and balcony is sea facing. So you can enjoy the spectacular view of sea, Sun and moon. Only issue with our stay was air conditioning system and beds. Guest beds were so bed everyone who slept there woke up with back pain. Air condition will not go beyond 73-74F no matter what you do. We did everything hosts suggested but still it never cooled down (imagine this in peak Florida heat), so this nightmare. Only reason I am giving this 3 for the host communication and location.
