Prior to check-in, guests will receive a unique access code that will allow them to enter the unit without the need for physical keys. This code will be sent to you 5 hours before your scheduled check-in time, ensuring a hassle-free and seamless arrival experience

Parking notes: There is free guest parking for customer only on the property. Trailer and larger vehicles can be parked in the street nearby.
Hot Tub : For your safety, our hot tub is serviced daily by a certified inspector. Additionally, It is fully emptied refilled with fresh water and deep cleaned every Wednesday morning.
Please note that this deep cleaning process may result in the water not reaching the optimal temperature again until Thursday.

The place was absolutely perfect for our stay in Moab. The location was so good, close to Milt’s, downtown, and Sand Flats Rd to access all the amazing landscapes of Moab. We were able to clean our bikes off in the backyard after riding each day with the provided bike stand and hose. The hot tub was clean and great. We really enjoyed the backyard hangout - so peaceful - and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook.

Great location, decent price. The unit could use a bit of love: two of the four bulbs in the bedroom were burnt out, holes in the wall from a curtain hook that never got replaced, etc. Would consider staying again.

The property was great! very accurate listing, communicative manager. They even dropped off a brand new set of grill tools when we noticed there weren't any in the unit. Very nice maintained hot-tub and overall a good place to use as a base for my trip

Reviews gave this a 10 - we’d rate it about a 7.5. Floor wasSandy upon arrival, shheets for the pullout couch were sandy, outlets dint hold chargers for phones, bathroom door dint provide too much privacy.
