Owners liability: Guest shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the property, inclusive of but not limited to the house, outside balconies, hot-tub, indoor pool, putt-putt, driveway, and firepit areas regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, or loss.
The indoor swimming pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool. Guests fully understand that water activities have inherent risks, dangers, and hazards. Participation in such activities may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death, or other ailments that could cause serious disability.
Bears/Wildlife: Please note that the house is located in the mountains and there are bears that live close by. PLEASE always lock your car doors and the front door to the house. Bears do know how to open the doors. NEVER leave food or trash outside as it will attract bears. Please always put trash away outside.
This cabin is pet-friendly with an additional fee. If you try to sneak in a pet, you'll be charged $400 and could be asked to leave the premises immediately upon owner's discretion.
We provide a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels and a few trash bags to get you started but you will want to bring more if you will be staying for more than a few days. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, plenty of hand soap and dish soap. Guests need to bring their own shampoo/conditioner.
Coffee: We have a Keurig coffee maker and sometimes pods will be left for guests to use.
Towels: We do provide bath towels for the house but we ask that they stay at the house. We do have a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry.
Parking: There is ample parking for 6-12 cars in front of our home depending on the size of the car.
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We recommend to purchase travel insurance to ensure the trip.
Trash: Please put all trash in the trash bins. Please do NOT leave any trash outside that is not in the bins as it will attract bears.
Bugs: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Please remember we are in the mountains so you might see bugs/pests during your stay.
Absolutely no fireworks and open flames of any kind outside of the firepit area. The use of any other type of flame is $150.
No smoking allowed inside, if you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250 and an additional cleaning fee to rid the smell. Smoking outside the home is fine but please dispose of properly.
Check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 10 AM SHARP unless given permission otherwise by the cabin owner. Our cleaning team has to clean multiple cabins in a day so we want to be respectful of their time. Should you choose to ignore or overlook this rule, we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour.

The host was very clear with check in and what was offered initially and insightful on what there was to do in the surrounding area. He was quick and responsive when our group asked questions and the location is perfect. Gorgeous views all around and the hot tub and firepit were amazing. Highly reccomend this cabin and host.

Host was sooo very helpful and responsive quickly to all my questions and needs before during and after check out. The view from our cabin was breathtaking of the mountains! The house was very comfortable and most importantly all my grown kids and grandchildren had so much to enjoy on the property. Indoor pool, spa, game room, outdoor gaming things and most importantly we all loved the fire pit area. My grandchildren absolutely loved making s’mores eating in the rocking chairs. Our youngest grandchildren loved roaming around the campfire and we felt safe letting them do it. Loved all the bedrooms had a wonderful bathrooms suites attached and the bathroom in bunk room was wonderful for the kids. We put a king size air mattress in the bunk room for more sleeping of all 7 kids to have plenty of space for themselves to sleep and play. There were a few things that could enhance the stay better such as coat rack, pantry, more towels for larger group of guests, and more kitchen items equipped. I would come back it’s great price for the house and would recommend for sure!

The house itself was good. The listing stated 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. The living room has a queen sofa pull-out counting as the 7th bedroom. The primary bedroom does not have a private en-suite bathroom. It is accessed from the living room as well as the primary bed. One of the lower-level bedroom, had several bugs of some type crawling around. I had to get additional separate accommodations for my in-laws. This really disappointed my husband. Seeing all our guest were from different states and do not get together often.
