Quiet and very close to 2 fantastic sunset beaches (Papohaku & Dixie Maru) on the western Moloka’i coast; The unit we stayed in had all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Note this Kepuhi beach area is about 20 miles from town center (~30 mins by car)
The only caution we’d like to share with ALL Moloka’i visitors, no matter where they stay, is that the ONLY in-town (Kaunakakai) grocery stores are only open Mon - Sat and, close at 6pm .. Restaurants also are very limited and do close relatively early (~8pm at the latest)
So .. definitely plan ahead for your shopping & meals 😉

Molokai in general is the place to go when you want to step back from your daily rush.This condo complex offer that opportunity and Milly's place was a nice combination of comfortability and convenience. Since there are little islands critters, especially at night, I would recommend keeping the screen door close and keeping everything clean. You might end up with one of those critters inside your condo like geckos, toats, cats or even a Great Egret (that white bird with a long neck).One very convenient bonus, for me, was that the property managers are located 2 doors down. Since it was my first time there, I was able to ask questions, get suggestions and tips about beach locations, hiking, groceries and even the local culture. I'm very grateful for the stay and can't wait to go back. Thanks Milly

Kitchen had modern appeal. Furniture old with exception of outside patio furniture. Questionable as to clean sheets. I slept on clean towels instead. Unit needed good floor cleaning; along with dusting to get rid of cobwebs and spiders. Toaster oven tray was very dirty--wouldn't use.The bathroom really needs updating and questioned its cleanliness. Could hear people upstairs talking clearly. Had to find Mgr. to help excess remittance into unit as key code wasn't opening. It needed new batteries. Mgr stated had happen before and was asked to change batteries. Not his job. It took about 8 tries befor the door unlocked! Frustrating. The pool by ocean is attractive as well as beach. A number of buildings in outer area are boarded up causing bad imagine to overall property. Overall it was OK property with a beautiful beach; although I didn't use.
