About this apartment rental
The furniture and decor have been studied down to every detail by the owner herself. In this apartment, she committed to offer not only a remarkable refinement but also the maximum comfort.
LUCIA is equipped with double-glass windows, air conditioning and in the living / dining room, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hair dryers and many other small appliances. The heating system is independent.
In addition, this house also has a private, outdoor area with garden and parking. The location is particularly ideal being close to the best of Tuscan countryside as much the Chianti region, San Gimignagno and Volterra as the historical centre of the beautiful Siena which can be reached in only 15 minutes driving,
Relaxing and romantic, la Limonaia is undoubtedly the perfect home to complete a unique and unforgettable experience in Siena countryside.

The apartment has a large entrance which leads to the living area furnished with sofas and 42-inch satellite TV. The dining room is connected to the living room and has a table for 4 people.
The sofa bed in the living room can be turned in a comfortable bed for 2.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped
The corridor leads to two large bedroom with direct access to the bathroom, Last but not least, there is a comfortable terrace.
The apartment is on the groundfloor of a quiet building and is accessed through a road. Car can be parked at few metres from the apartment
A tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day must be paid upon arrival
It is possible to add breakfast at a cost of 12 euros per person.
FOR THE LITTLE ONES
On our farm, rides on our little ponies are available upon reservation

Everything about the property was great but it did not provide any toiletries or laundry soap. Also, the host lives upstairs and they have 2 very late dogs that bark when they hear anything. They were better the 2nd night. The apartment is huge and is actually 2 bedrooms. Location was easy getting to and from Siena but a car is required.

Loved this property. Beautiful, spacious,quiet,clean, Notes about needing a car are correct as it isn’t near any shops or dining. Getting into Sienna though was easy. A very good price for what you get.
