Holiday home in Torrox, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.
This authentic property is located in the splendid environment of the hills that back Torrox Costa, thus providing a wonderful setting for rejoicing in your well-deserved holidays. Besides, its location lets you enjoy the beach, located 3 km far, and reach all the main cities, as the highway is just 1 km far. As soon as you get here, you will discover a cosy property, decorated with exquisite rustic details and all the facilities that you and your family may need.
Moreover, you will even have the chance of collecting the products of the semi-ecological vegetable garden for free. Here, you will find seasonal products, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, aubergines, fava beans, garlic, onions, sugar canes, and tropical products, such as avocadoes, mangoes, pitayas, lychees, and so on. In it, there also is a henhouse, where you can collect fresh eggs during your whole stay, for free.
The 46-sq-mt house is ideal for a family of four people. It's also provided with access for people with reduced mobility, as it features ramps from the parking to the house. Inside the house, you will find a cosy living space. On the right, a fully equipped kitchen provides all the kitchenware and appliances needed during a long stay; on the left, there is a comfortable sofa and a TV that also broadcasts French channels. A bathroom with a shower is also accessible from the living room.
Then, you will discover the two bedrooms of the house. The master bedroom is 9-sq-mt wide, and it features a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom, which is a bit smaller, is equipped with two twin beds.
The living room is provided with warm/cool air-con and a portable stove that is provided during winter stays.
The outdoor area features a 30-sq-mt porch, which is the perfect place for enjoying your meals "al fresco". The 6-place dining table, the brick-built BBQ and the oven ensure all the comforts that you could think of. The cherry on the pie is the spectacular panorama that goes from the valley before you to the Mediterranean Sea.
On the right hand side, you will find the beautiful private heated swimming pool, provided with sun loungers and an umbrella that guarantee a relaxing and stress-free stay. From the pool, a staircase leads down to an outdoor bathroom with a walk-in shower. The pool is available from April 1st to October 31st, and its heating has an extra cost not included in the price, between €60 and €100, depending on the date and length of stay.
Access to the house, which also has an indoor car park, is possible via a 100 metre dirt track.

Well, I have little to say, as the reviews say it all. We arrived and were greeted by Paco and his wife, who were very friendly, allowing us to check in a little early. I'd like to say that we didn't go down to the beach at all during our stay, as we were so comfortable both on the porch and by the pool. The beach, shops, and restaurants are very close by. I also highlighted Paco's kindness, as he was always attentive. And finally, I have to say that both the tomatoes and the freshly picked eggs were delicious. Thank you very much for everything, and if nothing happens, we'll see you next year.

The House has a great location, 5 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from a key motorway A7 taking you to Malaga in 30 minutes, and 15 minutes from lovely Nerja. The house was spotless on our arrival and the pool warm. The beds were very comfortable and the shower is fantastic. You have all the amenities you could ask for like dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer and nespresso coffee machine. Pack the owner is lovely and quick to reply and help out. Highly recommended.

In dem Haus verbrachten wir 4 schöne Wochen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Paco begrüßt. Er war für Fragen immer erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Haus war top gepflegt und sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Frühstückseier legten die Hühner, Gemüse gabs aus dem Garten und Paco brachte frisches Obst - ein perfekter Service! Bei der Ankunft wünschten wir uns 4 Wochen schönes Wetter und versprachen Paco zu unserer Abreise den lang ersehnten Regentag. Genauso geschah es.

Wir hatten einen schönen fünfwöchigen Winterurlaub und haben im Februar im Garten ein Sonnenbad genommen! Das Haus war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie beschrieben. Paco, der Besitzer, ist ein netter Mann und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Garten lieferte frische Zwiebeln, Avocados, Zitronen, Mangold und Paprika und die Hühner lieferten die Eier. Wir hatten dort einen wundervollen fünfwöchigen Urlaub.
