Kippal was not our first choice, let me explain. We had rented a condo along the beach south of town. Unfortunately, a hurricane, Beryl, had visited the island days before we arrived. The condo we had reserved had not power due to power lines being down, so the owners of the condo we very gracious to provide us with a full refund.
We got back on Vrbo to find a place quick and found Kippal. Thanks to Julia for helping us get settled in as quickly as possible. The condo was perfect close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants in town. And easy access to main road to get to the beaches down south.
The only drawback was the smell coming for the storage/laundry room. After coming back from a day of fun in the sun, we were welcomed with a very strong smell coming from that room which we figured was sewage from a washer drain. It was cover with a plastic bag. We tried to minimize the smell with a towel at the bottom of the door and opening the sliding glass door to air out the entire condo.
Besides this little inconvenous we had a great time and do recommend Kippal.
