An absolutely beautiful Treviso Bay, gated resort community minutes from downtown Naples, restaurants, shops, beaches and Pier. This beautiful decorated condo has 2 bedrooms, 1 full sized Murphy bed and two full bathrooms. This condo offers complete comfort and a breathtaking lanai view with gorgeous sunrise. This tastefully decorated air conditioned unit has an ample granite counter top and dining area with a picturesque view. There is 1,232 sq. ft. of living space. It has access to an elevator and stairs. There is an assigned under roof parking space. This delightful condo provides social membership which includes Treviso Bay’s luxurious amenities such as restaurants , bars, spa services, waterfall pool with beach, lap pool, fitness center with complete exercise equipment, eight clay tennis courts, bocce ball, pickle ball, BBQ-picnic, biking and jog path. Golf membership is not part of this condo, however guest invitations are permitted. There are also plenty golf courses nearby.

My husband and I had an outstanding 6 weeks at Treviso Bay this winter. The property is exactly as pictured. The view from the lanai is peaceful and serene. Bob is an excellent host. He was very responsive with any questions we had while planning our trip as well as available during our stay. We are already booked for next year and look forward to going back for many winters to come.

Very clean. Easy to find. Amazing surroundings. Comfortable. Peaceful. Friends and family that came to visit raved about the condo and grounds. We took a pickle ball lesson, went swimming, walking every morning and so much more.

Beautiful property well-maintained, if I had anything negative to say about my experience was that around La Piscina was unkept with empty bottles, wrappers, food around the chairs..........Gene and Marianne
