* For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don`t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
* Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.

The whole experience from booking to pre-stay communication and also all the help from the team was great. The house itself and the stay experience was amazing. The views are simply one of the best around. No mayter what time of the day it is, I could just grab a coffee and a book and sit outside and enjoy the view.
