Excellent property great for a multiple family stay while in the area for a baseball tournament. A lot of space and amenities. Would stay again

We stayed here with 2 other families for baseball tournament in dyersville. We enjoyed the fun basement, plenty of places to sleep, comfy furniture, great outdoor space/hot tub. Parents can watch kids play at park while sitting in the back yard. It looks like the pond and water feature is being built or perhaps not working— that will be a nice added touch for future clients. It would have been great to have firewood and popcorn for the machine or at least a note for clients to bring those items along. We appreciated having a bag of ice in the freezer. It would be helpful to have listed there is already a crock pot, air fryer, and coffee filters to use. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Took 5 kids ages 2-14. Everyone had a great time. House was very clean. The kids want to come back next year.
