Welcome to Casa D'Palma! Come see beautiful Rincon, stay with your entire extended family/friends while having just enough privacy for your immediate group.
Casa D'Palma is 10 bedrooms total and consists of 5 separate units keeping you close to your travel group, but providing you the space you need when you need it. Boasting a huge swimming pool, large enough to enjoy with your entire group the property is sure to please from grandparents to grand kids. Cook on the grill or retire to your preferred unit to use one of the 5 kitchens provided. Wander around the spacious, meticulously landscaped yard and get lost in the nature beautiful Puerto Rico is known for. Providing a huge yard with a large grassy area for the kids to run and the eyes to delight, feel free to escape in the beauty of the moment.
The complex is 4 floors total and is separated into 5 units.
First floor (2 units)
-2 bdrm, 1 bath w kitchen (Queen palm)
-Studio, kitchenette (Butia palm)
Second floor (2 units)
-2 bedroom, 1 bath 1 kitchen (Coco palm)
-2 bedroom, 1 bath 1 kitchen (Palmetto palm)
Third floor and fourth floor (1 unit, Royal Palm)
-3 bedrooms, 3 bath with a Murphy bed and state of the art kitchen

This is a wonderful property for a large group! Very close walking distance to the beach (though a pretty steep downhill to the beach and thus a pretty steep uphill to return) with little beach shops and restaurants and an easy drive to downtown Rincon. Lots of space for everyone to spread out especially since the place is broken up into lots of separate units. We enjoyed the pool during the day with the perfect temperature water and surrounded by beautiful landscaping, and dinner on the rooftop deck at night with an amazing view. The kitchen had plenty of space for us to cook. There were lots of AC units and ceiling fans to keep everyone comfortable. The first floor units were a little bit musty but we put the young adults there who didn’t mind in the least given the independence they had on the first floor. Erica and Ryan were very communicative and responded quickly to any questions we had. Our entire group had an amazing week and we would not hesitate to rent this property again!

I’ve stayed in many places in rincon, but this was by far the best, especially since we had such a large group. The property is beautiful, we especially loved the rooftop for sunrise and sunset. Everyone slept comfortable and it was a great location, so close to sandy beach and central to other parts of the area. Ryan and Erica were both fantastic, super responsive to any questions we had. We truly had the best trip!

Ryan was great, he made sure all of the info we needed for the house was given to us before our arrival. We have been booking homes in Rincon for the last 10 years and this was the first time our arrival was easy and stress free. The home, property, and views are beautiful. The third floor was great for dining and playing games. The pool was a welcome relief after a day on the beach sunning, swimming, and surfing! The balconies with the hammocks and chairs were so relaxing with a nice breeze to read and take a nap. The rooftop deck always had a nice breeze and beautiful sunsets. All amenities were included. My family raved about the short walk to the beach, as well as the proximity to the coffee shop and restaurants. I would definitely rent this home again and recommend it for any large family who want privacy as well as luxury. was spotless, and included enough

We spent 6 nights and LOVED it. Having the whole property for the 11 of us was a dream with incredible space for us to both gather together and have privacy. The rooftop was our first hangout area for games and morning coffee. The beachwalk...just several minutes from our driveway, absolutely everything we needed for cooking, the immaculate private pool, ...sigh. ...still smiling. No hiccups!
