Situated on an expansive five-acre property adorned with Aspen trees and Colorado Blue Spruce, this all-season vacation home offers easy access to Highway 550. The Chalet boasts approximately 4,000 square feet of space, featuring four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and accommodations for up to 10 guests. Every window and each of the spacious decks offer breathtaking views of the Needle Mountain Range, which rises to over 14,000 feet. The back of the house faces the awe-inspiring Hermosa Cliffs, with the magnificent Castle Rock soaring almost 2,000 feet above the Chalet. Whether you're gazing out from the master bedroom, main living room, loft living room, dining room, or front deck, the ever-changing and dramatic vistas are a sight to behold. The Chalet's interior is equally impressive, featuring a large living and dining area, a professional-grade kitchen, and a dining room that comfortably seats guests with an ample supply of dishes. The decks are equipped with cozy seating and patio heaters, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes in the hot tub with a view of the Hermosa Cliffs. Wireless internet access is available throughout the house, and the phone service includes unlimited long-distance calling within the USA. During the winter months, the heated floors and central heating, equipped with an air cleaner and humidifier, ensure a comfortable stay. In the rare event of a power outage, a backup generator automatically activates to maintain a warm and cozy atmosphere for guests. An elevator is provided with access from the garage to the main floor. Additionally, the Chalet's dog-friendly policy welcomes your furry companions as part of the family, providing amenities such as a dog bed, a secure gate in the laundry room, and food and water dishes. My family and I loved this house. The views are breath taking and the house has everything you can imagine. We really enjoyed the outdoors, the fire pit and all the heaters came in handy at night. The hot tub was a nice addition to relax in. I was happy to have all the kitchen utensils and cookware needed! The home is beautiful and beds were comfortable. I’d love to come back.

We loved every square inch of this stunning house. It was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable!
This house is much more and much more beautiful than the description showed. We loved the large dining room and convenience of the several dish washers to do dishes for our group of 11.
