About this villa rental

Welcome to the LOVE VILLA! The 3rd level private Master Suite is designed for you to disconnect from the world and reconnect with your loved one. Whether you have 6 other friends or family members they will sleep comfortably in the other two bedrooms and couch. Located in Midtown, you are within a 2-mile radius of all downtown restaurants, venues and attractions. This location also has a private roof top patio with a gas BBQ and patio furniture.

Let’s get romantic in the master Suite on its own 3rd level. Bedroom 1 has a two double beds, PlayStation 4, and a work desk. Bedroom 2 has a comfy and tranquil queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen for service of 8 guests. There are four barstools to entertain while the chef is cooking. The coffee table also converts to a dining table. Outdoor/indoor living is achieved with private rooftop patio and balcony. The bathrooms all have full tubs. There is also washer and dryer in unit.

The whole condo! There is a separate two-unit downstairs. If you have a larger party, you may be able to rent both 302 and 304. The garage is shared, one garage space (stay on left side).

Depending on Availability you can occupy both units 302 and 304 Villas. 302 is 2bd and 1 bath (5 guests) 304 3bd and 2 baths (8 guests) All spaces are disinfected and cleaned to high standards.

The house did not feel comfortable or homely. The couch was small and uncomfortable. There were frequent disturbances from loud downstairs neighbors involved in domestic disputes. The garage door was faulty, and I had to cover the repair costs myself. Parking was inconvenient, as neighbors often occupied spaces in the parking garage, leaving limited availability. The lighting throughout the house was poor, with faulty fixtures that made it difficult to achieve proper lighting. The master bedroom was particularly dark and had an overall uncomfortable feel.

The listing was accurate, the hosts were professional, helpful, attentive and very kind. The house was very clean, and functional for what we requested in a property to rent. Location was excellent! Would definitely request to stay again!

The house was lovely and we appreciated being there so much. My family actually came down because my brother passed away and we were dealing with all of his funeral arrangements. It was really nice to have a place for us to gather, grieve and celebrate his life together as a family. SO much better than if we had been in separate hotel rooms. When I need to come down again, I will absolutely be looking into renting this house again.

This property was interesting. Clean and very conveniently located to downtown and attractions. Everything worked as expected. Keypad entry to the house. The entire upstairs was the master suite which was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Items that could be improved: The master bedroom/upstairs did not have a chair or bedside lamps to make reading an option without overheads on. There was no TV in the master/upstairs. The refrigerator door opened the wrong way and made it difficult to get into. The blinds, a stool and the outside patio were in disrepair. We could not find laminated instructions for checkout or use of the shared garage opener, as the house was a duplex. The lighting throughout was track lighting on dimmers that were hard to figure out and annoying to use.

One thing to note is that there are a lot of stairs, so it might not be ideal for everyone, but we didn't mind at all. The location was great, and the host was very responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others! Will stay choose to stay here again!

This space was great for what we needed, however I wished the balconies had been cleaner as there were a lot of cobwebs, and there were no racks in the oven. I also would say this place sleeps 9, not ten, with 4 beds and a couch

This house was roomy and very nice There was plenty of room. The communication was absolutely perfect. Thank you for answering all my questions.

We were unable to stay here because when we entered the premises the neighbors were having a party and smoking very heavily. Somehow the smoke permeated through the rental until the air was white with it. I have asthma and couldn't handle it. Contacted the owner, who refused to speak to me once I said I wanted a refund. I received no refund even though I had to book a hotel and a rental car due to the inconvenience.

This place accommodated 6 people perfectly. We were able to hangout with each other and have our privacy when we wanted it. The location was amazing, close to the capitol and downtown Sacramento. The place was clean and the neighborhood was fine.

We had a great stay! Very clean and comfortable. The only thing was the listing had a pic of 3 triple bunk beds fo one of the bedrooms. In actuality, it's 1 triple bunk bed. But we had an air mattress that also fit in the room, so the teens were comfortable. The light switches also take a little getting used to but we finally got it. I would definitely stay again!
