Aspen Ridge is a unique townhome neighborhood located on the Meadows Ski Run in the Mountain Village. These spacious three bedroom townhomes located in the Mountain Village Core are just steps from skiing, dining and activities.
**Please note: there is active ongoing construction being completed during daylight hours in close proximity to the Aspen Ridge complex. There is the possibility of noise during daytime hours**
Bedding: King, Queen, Adult Bunk bed (Queen on bottom/Full on top)
This well-designed, three bedroom townhome features a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, steam shower, jetted tub, washer and dryer, BBQ grill, and private one car garage. Please note that only a compact car fits in the driveway, which is limited to vehicles less than 17.5 ft in length. Additional parking can be accessed at the Mountain Village gondola parking lot (paid parking).
This townhome offers a bedroom on the ground floor with a queen bed, a bedroom on the second floor with an adult bunk bed (queen on bottom/full on top), and a primary bedroom on the third floor with a king bed. The spacious living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player, comfortable work desk, gas fireplace, and dining table seating six.
Aspen Ridge does not allow pets at any of their homes. If a pet is discovered, substantial fees will be charged at the guest's expense.
