This beautiful and spacious home has Direct Oceanfront Living. Ocean views and deep water dockage with boating access to the Atlantic Ocean. Upon entering the 1st level of this 4/2 home, you will find the completely updated kitchen and family area met with tons of natural light and great views of the ocean pouring in from the windows and sliding glass doors. Ground floor is the Kitchen, Dining room, and Living room, which are open to each other and the Ocean views. From the family room, walk out back to your spacious dock and deck area. The deck has plenty of both shaded and unshaded areas, allowing you to enjoy as much or as little sunlight as you would like. The hot tub, lounge chairs, room for outdoor seating, and beautiful landscaping make entertaining by the ocean easy.
The 50-foot dock with 50 amp service, fish cleaning station, and immediate water access help exploring the water of the FL Keys by boat conveniently. The second level holds the spacious 4th bedroom overlooking the ocean, where you can walk out onto your balcony directly from the bedroom, which is perfect for lounging and relaxing while enjoying the ocean scenery.
Spacious outdoor living with a Commercial Ice Maker, an extra refrigerator, and an extra chest freezer. Nice 50' Dock with 4-foot draft.
Three of the four bedrooms has its own TV. 2 kayaks included.

I chose this house for the view. It was spectacular. The main living area was at ground level, no stairs required. The property was fenced except along the dock, making it perfect for pets. Due to the holiday weekend, it took four days to resolve a plumbing issue.

The kitchen had everything we needed. The dishwasher and trash cans were a little loose, but that is a minor inconvenience. The rooms were clean, there was plenty of space and an absolutely stunning view. We rented a boat and it was easy to come in and dock it. Truly a wonderful place.

Wonderful view from the deck to the south. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. We loved the ice maker, the kayaks and the parking. The primary bedroom was huge, but the others were smaller than expected.The exterior was wonderful on the ocean side, but one should not look to closely on the west side. It was quite dirty.

I booked this particular property because I wanted to bring my boat in and have a place to dock and have easy access to the ocean, which we didThe house on the other hand is another story. The house is very dirty in the front and the back with what looks like mold on the stucco, the Jacuzzi would not heat, the top rack of the dishwasher would not pull out and is being held on by zip ties. Many of the cabinet doors are loose in the kitchen. Upon arrival, I discovered that all of the handles on the refrigerator were very very loose and had to call Maintenance for that. The 1st floor bathroom window has a crack in it from top to bottom, the paint is peeling off the walls in the master shower upstairs, which is a step over tub with no grab bars for safety and security. The house has a lot of clutter and it’s dusty in many areas. There’s an air-conditioning vent in the ceiling in the upstairs closet that is hanging on by a thread because the ceiling is falling apart.This house has a lot of potential but I do not believe that it has been kept up and I’m sure that’s difficult to do with people in and out all of the time. All in all, I was rather disappointed. VRBO charges a lot with fees and I would think that they would stay on top of this. I believe I could have rented directly from a realtor and probably save 1000.
