Absolutely stunning 2BR condo in the middle of downtown! Beautiful floor-to-ceiling wall-to-wall windows and 16 foot skylights make this amazing penthouse so unique!

Had to search for the address, it is very faint high on a window above the door. The elevator was a bit antiquated, but just use the stairs. Once you get into the apartment it is amazing! Great hideaway & so comfortable!

This is a very nice Condo! It is an old building but very well kept. Tastefully decorated, well stocked kitchen and amenities, quite comfortable beds, quality linens and towels, a very charming building with an elevator (nice feature). Very clean! There is a club a couple of doors down that plays some pretty loud music, but you cannot hear it at all inside the building. All of the neighbors are quiet and respectful and we felt right at home.There is also metered parking out front and we were fortunate to catch two open meters to park on Friday evening, and only had to pay for a couple of hours, then the rest of the weekend was free. We never had to move our cars because there are so many good dining and shopping options within reasonable walking distance. Like, a Walgreens, literally around the corner, and we were there for the 4th of July and walked about 3 blocks to the Park where we had a great, unobstructed view of the fireworks display.We also walked a few blocks to Texas De Brazil for dinner, and passed the world famous Rendezvous BBQ along the way. Finally, the Host is very responsive and offered up a ton of helpful information about parking, dining and transportation tips.This is a fantastic place to stay in Memphis, strategically located very close to tons of great places to visit for taking in the culture of Memphis! I highly recommend it and will definitely book again in the future!

Memphis made a great first impression on us, and this lovely accommodation did not disappoint. The easy access, decor, and comfort of the space were perfect for walking to explore the city and then relaxing afterward. We were thrilled to be able to experience a concert in the park from our balcony! We have stayed downtown in several cities, and this condo stands out among the best. Communication with the host was exactly as you would hope for as far as timely, friendly, and clear. We parked in a nearby, secure parking garage and found the fee modest for city parking. The parking app made it easy to add time remotely. We certainly hope to stay again soon and maybe often. There would be no need to look at other properties
