About this house rental

Welcome to a beautifully renovated and well-equipped lakefront home. Upon entry, you'll walk into the open family room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is appointed with brand new appliances and everything you'll need to create simple or large meals. This floor also features an incredible, large deck with lots of outdoor furniture and grill. This level also features the master bedroom and a full bathroom. Downstairs offers an additional living area and 3 additional bedrooms, full bathroom and large laundry room. There is also a large outdoor deck on this level to enjoy.
Outside you will enjoy this private, large lot with gentle 300 ft slope to the waterfront. Outside cover area close to the waterfront perfect to setup chairs and sun bath! Owners boat dock will have owners personal water craft yet you can tie up your lake toys and swim off the dock. The water and dock photos do not reflect current water levels. Lake Travis is 45% of capacity and therefore the dock is now on the ground. Please check waterdatafortexas.org for Lake Travis before booking. Lake Travis is NOT a constant-level lake

We absolutely loved everything about this property, from the boujie coffee maker (seriously I have one on my birthday list now), to the thoughtful touches like personal items in the bathrooms. We loved the decks and the large family spaces inside too. 100% would book this property again

The layout of this house was perfect for us with our young adult children. The house was very clean and had anything we might need. The host was responsive to questions and check in and out was easy.The only thing keeping me from giving a 5 is that the house is no longer waterfront so it would be helpful to update the pictures. The host did notify me of that but it was after I paid. Luckily we didn't plan on any water activities anyway. Everything else was great!

Place is nice but there is no water in the channel that this house is in and with the lake so low the closest place to launch your boat is an hour way, defiantly not ideal if you have a boat.

We stayed at the property for a family get together. My siblings and a few of their children stayed. There were ten of us total. I worried that we might be stepping over one another, however the property was spacious enough that this never became an issue. The property was well maintained and the wandering deer was an unexpected added delight. If you're looking for some peace and quiet and someplace to get away from all of the hussle and bussle, this place and area are highly recommended.

Home and process were perfection. The post stated water was low but with messages was told could reach water still and home listed as handicapped accessible made it seem possible to drive to water which wasn’t possible at all. Home is worth every penny to stay but if water is the focus/ easy water access would definitely get more clarification before booking. Beautiful view

Enjoyable stay with quiet cove for fishing and swimming. The house is more spacious than the photos give it credit. Walk to lake is reasonable. Kids enjoyed the kayaks. Key to dock box hangs near front door, did not see this initially. Would recommend.

Great vacation home. The property owner is very responsive and accommodating. We had a great time on the lake. The entire property including the two story house and the private dock on the lake are amazing. Our party included 5 adults and two children and we had pleanty of room to spare. This property is so cool. Amazingly decorated and the house is overall just wonderful. We brought a golf cart to take down to the water and highly recommend doing that if you’ve got one. It’s a pretty good steep ways down to the water. We can’t wait to stay again!

Overall the house was great. We had 10 people (3 adults, 7 teens) and we were able to make it work. There were deer around the property, the boat dock with kayaks was great. Wonderful location. The owner answered questions very quickly and the amenities were great. The only thing we couldn't find were scissors and a baking sheet, but other than that we had everything we needed. The pictures on the website were accurate, and the house was clean and well kept. We had a great time!

The house was amazing. It’s a bit of an incline coming back up to the house from the dock but we loved the cardio to burn off those vacation treats! Unfortunately, it stormed several times while we were there leaving it a bit tricky getting onto the dock. As a side note, if you’re bringing your boat don’t expect to be able to use the boat lift. We got creative and tied our bumpers strategically but not on the side as indicated. There are huge concrete blocks under the water that would have damaged our boat and with the dock moving to different locations based on the storm, it would have been anyone’s guess what the damage could have been done to our boat. Gotta love Mother Nature. We thoroughly loved the fishing and boating. Our grandchildren caught their first fish here and it was magical. Beautiful house, beautiful property and beautiful memories!

What a beautiful home this was! Susan was super responsive to every question we had. The accomodations are very comfortable with lots of sleeping space and absolutely beautiful wrap around decks. They did list a bird's eye photo showing the walk to the private dock but do keep in mind it is a bit more of a long a sort of treacherous walk than the other photos make it look, but they are so kind to have a rugged wagon at the premises. The dock is two levels with a bar top and the kids had a great time jumping off and swimming! Absolutely would come back again!

Wow. Just wow. We had such a wonderful time at this lake house. I wanted something Covid safe for my husband’s 40th so we drove here, which was only an hour away from our house in Austin. Everything was so clean when we came in. The dishwasher was loaded with a clean load of dishes that we had to unload- NBD though. Walking to the lake is about a 3-4 min walk. Just writing this here so you know what to expect. We spent most of our time on the dock house which was very well- equipped. There are 3 kayaks and plenty of life jackets. We even brought our own fishing rods and found about five large catfish and tons of sunfish. Our kids loved catching minnows with their butterfly nets, At night, we would sit on the two wrap around porches and just watch fireflies. The house has 2 air conditioning units which was perfect because my sister loves it frigid and I don’t. One night, we brought our own wood and lit up the chimenea. And we even used the green egg to grill some delicious burgers. The WiFi was very strong throughout the house. Our entire family did school and work during the day and the WiFi held up. There is 1 TV in the house on the first floor which was appreciated. There is so much to do at the house that you don’t need a Tv. Also, we went to 2 great restaurants: the Lighthouse and Pizza Sorrelina. And we nightcapped our Thursday with a visit to a beautiful winery called El Gaucho Winery. I can’t say enough about this magical this trip was. And the owner Susan was so quick to respond when we had any issues. She was a great hostess!
