Situated on 2 private acres, you're just moments away from the soft sands of several local beaches and short ride from the best restaurants and shopping Brewster has to offer.
Just 600 feet away, the Cape Cod Rail Trail beckons cyclists and walkers alike. And for a dose of nature, Nickerson State Park offers miles of trails and fresh water beaches, it is a very close drive or a scenic half-mile walk or bike ride away.
With its compact charm, the cottage features a spacious deck and patio areas complete with an outdoor grill for those delightful summer cookouts. Enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
The property boasts a large, fenced-in space that is ideal for kids to play around safely.
To keep you entertained during downtimes, we offer two TVs and Roku devices with guest mode, allowing you to log into your streaming accounts and catch up on your favorite shows.
For your safety and peace of mind, there are two Ring cameras on the property. One is positioned to monitor the driveway and parking area, while the second is located behind the shed, facing the wooded, undeveloped portion of the property. Such a lovely place! It was perfect for our family. Lots of really thoughtful touches like books for kids. Great location too! Although on a busy road, it is set far back so very quiet and has a big yard. There is also a sidewalk, making walking to the bike path a breeze and safe. Would love to come back another time!

Girls long weekend at this adorable cottage. It was absolutely spotless and the yard and gardens were gorgeous. Deck time just watching the bunnies and birds was our favorite. We will definitely be back. We loved it.

This quaint cottage was an absolute joy to stay in for our family of 5. The kids loved the swing out front, which was great for keeping them entertained each day while we loaded the car for the beach. The outdoor patio was perfect for family dinners and the quiet, big yard made for excellent privacy. Easy access to the rail trail and a short drive to everything the Cape has to offer makes this cottage the perfect site for any vacation. Everything was clean, modern, and beachy feeling without feeling tacky. We felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much!
