This 1st floor unit is full of upgrades and can sleep up to 4 people. The sleeping area has a king-sized bed There is a mini kitchen with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. This beautiful unit has floor to ceiling windows providing an open floor plan concept with magnificent gulf and sunset views.
The living area has a flat screen TV, DVD player, queen sized sofa sleeper and complimentary high speed wireless internet, providing you with all the comforts of home. The condo has a unique floor plan with partial views of the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony gives you a view of beach as well as breathtaking sunset views. This unit is sure to be your home away from home on one of the most beautiful, pristine beaches of the world!
In addition, Surfside Resort offers its own on-site dining at the Royal Palm Grille Restaurant featuring a great selection of meat and seafood entrees, pizza, sandwiches, salads, sushi bar, and a children's menu. I stay at Surfside every year. It’s a great condominium resort. My only issue with this unit was the master shower. The showerhead was not functioning properly and it didn’t drain so you stood in inches of water while showering.

This unit was fine for being a lock out unit. However, the bar stool fell apart, as did the chairs on the patio. There were definitely some cleaning issues-bits and pieces of random dry food items-a piece of cereal, etc. There is Not a Keurig coffee pot as pictured-just a very tiny 5 cup pot. If these issues were addressed the unit would be great!

We really enjoyed the location, and having private beach access and being on the first floor! I would suggest they get a new futon it was not great to sleep on it seemed like something g was broken underneath the cushion and the barstools at the table were broken. Other than that it was a great place to stay and had everything we needed and the cost was manageable. We will stay here again in the future!

The air did not work at all in the condo. There was no silverware. behind furniture and under the bed was filthy. The picture behind the table had ketchup all over it. The bed was absolutely horrible it is not possible to get a good nights sleep due to the bed sinking in. This condo could be very nice if kept up with.
