About this farm stay rental
Ta' Xandru is a recently renovated house of character in the quaint village of Munxar in the idyllic island of Gozo. This house is complimented with a large swimming pool and outdoor area, with ample space for entertaining. Near the pool area one finds eight loungers and a large parasol. Furthermore one also finds a gas BBQ and a table that seats comfortably 8 to 10 guests.
This property has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area seating 12 and a sitting room with a 55'' television. One finds 4 large bedrooms, all with en suite shower facilities. This holiday home is fully air conditioned and has wifi facilities.
Only 5 minutes walk from this house of character, just off the village square, one finds a well furnished mini market. Furthermore, from this property one may enjoy some beautiful country walks to Sanap Cliffs that offer spectacular views, and within a five minutes drive one will reach Xlendi Bay. This Bay is a popular swimming, snorkeling and diving spot. There is a small sandy beach leading into shallow waters perfect for young and old, while for the more adventurous it is delightful to swim and snorkel in deeper water off the long stretch of rocks bordering the beach.
Because of its reef formations, ix-Xlendi is an ideal diving site, even for beginners. This is also a typical Gozitan fishing village and well-served with good restaurants and bars.

The property was very light, spacious, clean and well equipped. The pool was well maintained and had plenty of pool-side furniture. All bedrooms had ensuite showers, lots of wardrobe space and the beds were comfortable. Sarah and Alex were excellent hosts, and were quick to respond to any questions we had.

We had a wonderful stay at Ta Xandru. The home was very clean and well stocked upon our arrival. It is a brand new home and very modern. Sarah was available to answer any questions we had. She even bought a new baby crib and high chair for our 1 year old daughter to use. We absolutely loved the outdoors space, especially the beautiful pool. The views of the hills and farmland are spectacular from the backyard/pool and the balcony upstairs in the back. We highly recommend staying in this beautiful home in Gozo - we absolutely loved it!
